6th WORLD CONGRESS FOR SOFTWARE QUALITY (WCSQ6)

The London Hilton Metropole was the venue for the prestigious 6th World Congress for Software Qualiity that we produced for BCS (The Charted Institute of IT) & UKTB. As well as creating a format for the event itself, we introduced a number of elements to create a lively and exciting ambiance.

Supporting the event that we produced for BCS & UKTB, our design team created the event marketing and campaign material, which included a wide range of digital marketing, print materials, banner flags and press ads, following through a look and feel that had been established for the campaign.

At the basis of the campaign we created a look and feel that flowed through all expressions of the project including banners, billboards, press ads and a Congress brochure and programme supplement.

Andy Green, the fastest man alive gave a fantastic Keynote presentation about testing software quality at 1000 mph as he prepares to take Bloodhound SCC. UK into the record books! Alongside the main programme the congress offered delegates plenty of opportunity to become more involved than was possible in the main sessions. These included a ‘Tweet Wall’ that gave delegates the chance to provide ‘feedback’ to the speakers.

Another big draw was the exhibition that we arranged and produced. The exhibition featured some of the software world’s most innovative players. The exhibition area also functioned as the hospitality suite.

We also produced the fringe meetings which provided the opportunity to discuss subjects not covered in the main programme.

To cap it all on the final evening a number of red London Routmaster buses spirited 500 delegates away to Madame Tussauds for a fantastic gala dinner and live music from the ‘Beatles’, well actually Sgt. Peppers Only Dartboard Band!
